What does a cold sparkle plug mean?
This does not mean that the spark is less bright than with a spark plug with a higher heat rating. The heat rating of the spark plug indicates how well the spark plug can transfer the heat from the spark (heat from the electrode) to the cylinder head. A colder spark plug is able to transfer more heat to the cylinder head, so that the temperature of the electrode will remain relatively low.
