2.0L TFSI Camshaft Bolt Kit ARP.
The OEM bolts have to be replaced each time they are removed.
This kit includes all of the bolts and washers needed to replace the OEM bolts that secure the FSI cam tray to the cylinder head. By replacing these bolts with stronger ARP units, you can ensure that your cams will stay put even in the most extreme applications. These bolts are made from the ultra strong ARP 8740 alloy, with rolled threads. Another great feature is the fact that these can be reused as many times as needed- the factory units are stretch bolts and must be replaced every time they are removed.
ARP's Camshaft Bolts are used by every top professional engine builder. Simply put, there is no better set on the market right now. These bolts are machined to exacting tolerances, heat treated, centerless ground and threaded to ensure consistent clamping strength and durability. Only high quality 8740 alloy material with a tensile strength of 190,000 psi is used, which is rated much better than "aircraft grade" alloy steels. Head bolts allow easy installation of both cylinder heads and gaskets, eliminating guesswork about alignment. Each head bolt kit comes with 12 point head nuts.
